Hotel Elbele offers to its guests an even more pleasant and relaxing experience thanks to the wellness area. In our quiet wellness area you can totally relax your mind and body after a refreshing biosauna or a massage shower.
The biosauna is a fair compromise between the Finnish sauna and turkish bath and our body can take number of benefits from it.
The biosauna maintains a temperature of about 60 °, considerably lower than the Finnish sauna, but also guarantees the purifying and regenerating properties of heat.
The biosauna also maintains a humidity level much lower than the turkish bath, without exceeding 60%.
These properties of bio allow to extend therapy also up to 30 minutes by removing toxins and dead skin cells.
The biosauna is not recommended to people suffering from low blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease.
After the sauna it is important to take 10 or 15 minutes for relax, you can do so using the relaxing loungers, better if wrapped in a dry towel.
It's important to gradually stop sweating after leaving the sauna, avoiding rush to get dressed or shower.
After relaxing on the you can continue your pleasure with a refreshing and massaging shower.
Massaging shower is beneficial to our skin toning and deeply relaxes the mind and remove stress effectively.
In the salt room you can experience conditions typical of seaside environments, with beneficial effects for your skin and body.

One 60-minute access to the wellness area (extra amount € 5 per person) is allowed for stays of at least 2 nights, to a maximum of 6 people at the same time in three afternoon shifts, subject to reservation by noon in the morning (at reception only) and based on availability. Additional access may be allowed based on availability.
The relaxation area has a biosauna, relaxing loungers, massaging showers, salt room. It is strictly forbidden to use essential oils, salts and various products inside the sauna.
